I'm currently helping document the history of SRO - the Sterling Real Estate Organization - founded in 1911 in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighbornood by John Danz as a men's clothing store. John went into the movie business and established a chain of theaters, bowling alleys, and other enterprises. His endowment still funds educational lectures at the University of Washington.
